Net migration to UK jumps 30% in a year to 212,000
« on: February 27, 2014, 02:02:35 PM »
"The detailed figures show that 532,000 people migrated to Britain in the year ending last September. The figure includes 60,000 more EU migrants and 25,000 migrants from the rest of the world compared with a year previously."

Not a very impressive result from our leaders...  :)) :)) :))

i myself have voted since i was 18, i encourage my son to vote, however i can't help thinking to myself has it been worth it, and i have some sympathy with russell brands comments that by voting we are merely giving creedence to a corrupt system.

Totally agree - but his arguments lead nowhere at the moment. In fact I wonder if a lot of what Brand said at the time was merely to publicise his stand-up tour.
