Given the poor language skills of a lot of migrants, employing them in care homes isn't good, but of course they are obliged to aren't they? Jobs in care homes require careful training, so how can they hope to successfully train someone to work to a process and set criteria, if the language skills are lacking? Not only that, the people in the care homes who provide the training are probably lacking in skills such as ESOL so they won't be making much headway. Its a vicious circle for sure
