Today we went to Dobbies for a wander. As you walk in, theres a large area and display of Christmas stuff.
Before anyone says bah humbug to me, id like to remind you that its September so that makes it about 4 months away. Personally I like Christmas, just at the right time and not shoved in my face a third of the year before the event itself.
I can appreciate shops have stuff to sell but I think all Xmas advertising should be banned until the 1st November.
I feel its becoming like a competition as to who can get their decorations up first and it ruins the actual day. It should be a special time of the year but having stuff in shops this early makes it like just another day.
