Internet Trolls
« on: October 06, 2014, 10:26:42 PM »
We have heard today that it is thought the lady who seemingly posted vile things on line to the McCanns has been found dead.
Why do people do this, it it just because they can and know they can get away with it.

Is there nothing which can be done to thwart this.
So many people's lives have been made a misery by Trolls.

It's time something was put into place to stamp it out

Most internet connections nowadays are traceable. Sadly some aren't.
There's always loop holes or people prepared to sell loop holes.

As someone said on the radio the other day if these people turned up outside the McCann's house and shouted abuse the police would act. Because its on the net they seem unable or unwilling to.

That said I'm still not convinced the trolls aren't right in this case!!

The Curtis Woodhouse approach was good

That an interesting article, I wonder how many others would do the same given a chance to find out where the Troll who has been making their lives a misery lives.

So are you saying the McCanns had something to do with their daughter going missing in your opinion JR?

People get all brave hiding behide a computer screen type out things they would never dare to say face to face. Problem is when it comes back to haunt them they don't how to react like what has happened here with this lady. The problem with the Internet is its impossible to police it and how can that be done? While the Internet is a round so will be trolls.

If you want my honest opinion yes. I think they wanted to go out that evening with their friends without their children. I think that as a Doctor Gerry McCann fed the kids something to keep them asleep. Something went wrong and Madeline died. Now the panic sets in and he realises at the barest minimum he loses his career. So they spirit away the body and then raise the alarm. The further they get into the story, the more intoxicating the publicity surrounding them the more their version of events became the truth in their minds.
At the very least they are guilty of child neglect.

A very elaborate plot JR.
As a doctor I would have thought 'had' they done this they would have known what to give without things going 'wrong'
Also I'm not sure what time scale they would have had to 'spirit' away the body. They were with others and would presume their friends would have been around once told that Maddy was missing and then of course the police.

I would agree they are certainly guilty of child neglect - lesser mortals in the UK would have had their other children taken from them!

Im not sure if it was that involved but I agree with you that they have had some 'say' in the disappearance.
