Agreed Pete, great article though I think he generalised a bit about old people complaining. 

Apart from that, it was interesting to hear his experiences of a system we love to hate.  Seems we're far more advantaged than we think.  But since the NHS has always been around for us we rather take it for granted, don't you think?  :)

Yep, agree with you there Gert.

Problem is both main parties are using the NHS as a political football without a second thought for patients - it's all about money and the election.
