Woolworths to open some shops

Has anyone else read about this?
I've read that 50 new shops will open in May under the name of Wellworths.

Did you see the date of the article OC.
This happened to a same/similiar store later the same year.

Sorry missed the 09 fly I was looking as hubby has read it 'somewhere' on the internet today.
