1 was a £1 free bet from the Sun newspaper.

33-1 + my £1 back - £6 = £28 profit  ;)

Seen this Jon?

"That the South Yorkshire police fitted up both miners in 1984 and the Hillsborough victims is not a surprise (From Orgreave to Hillsborough: one police force, two disgraces, 13 April). "

@Fly - I'd have rather lost the chance of a bet on the GN than admit that I read The Sun newspaper... LOL  :P

:'( Sad news, According To Pete, and Synchronised were both fatalities.

Synchronised shouldn't have run IMHO after the earlier episode :-(

We only buy the Sun for the telly book  8)

The police were batsards to the picketers in 84, I was there  >:(

Sad, indeed. Happier news for the jockey who fell and broke his leg at the 5th: the ambulance got to him just before the guy with the 12-bore.
