saw it earlier - bless him - 69 years old and still protesting. :)
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

He must have known it would not have been easy to get in there.
Israel is very strict about visitors, when we went their immigration officers took over the whole ship and saw every single passenger face to face themselves, if you had certain countries visited stamped in your passport - they wouldn't let you in!
Having said that once on the coach and out walking we felt very safe (and didn't see armed guards around either as in some countries).
Wouldn't like to go it alone there though  --- brave and foolish

Excusing his age, didn't he go there purposely to make a point ?
Point made now. The press are talking about him.
Who pays to get him back to Blighty ?

Exactly, Fly - "We will probably get detained again like we did last time."

He knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed.

Maybe he believes in the old saying, "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

He's also quite brave - check out the treatment of this demonstrator by the Israelis.

That's nothing - Israeli's dropped phosphorus bombs on a school, killing two small children and blowing the legs of a 19 year old in this video. And this is only the tip of the iceberg - they are an evil bunch.

Aye - wild horses couldn't drag me to Israel - or it's sponsors, the US.
