Small world ain't it?
« on: May 13, 2012, 07:21:09 PM »
I've been thinking back how many people on this (and the other) forum I have connections with in the Real World.

I'd met Pete several times before I found out he was cousin of someone I worked with years ago (therealJR)

I met Gert some years ago before the forum was formed.

Dave numbers ran an old forum I used to post on.

Indalhombre worked with my wife some years ago.

Alan is someone I knew years back, mostly through my in-laws.

Smeat and Sap1ent were in my mum's class in her last year before retiring as a teaching assistant.

Old poster Zycomm works at our place.

And the latest thing is I've just found that old Cruser is sister of someone I've worked with since 1985 !!

(hope I haven't missed anyone)

So, you're in you mid to late 70's...  :P

Just to add to the list, I worked, although not for the same company, with Slacker's daughter a few years ago, talented lass actually.

Seems your v well connected Andy. :)

Aye you did that Mr Slackly.  I flogged you some tickets as I recall.

Crikey, it seems ages since I was on here.  I can't access the forum from my usual daytime place so have been missing an awful lot.  I hope you're all OK.
