economic up-turn....??

Heard on the news today that manufacturing figures in the UK jumped by the biggest amount in 25 years, though in the USA, it decreased.
I know we should never read too much into 1 months figures but I wonder if this is a sign of American manufacturers seeing the UK as a better place to be?
