That's a bit more like it...  :))

I'd add:

Grow your hair, get some decent clothes, listen to lots of music, go to gigs, learn to dance, get a girlfriend/boyfriend, learn to drive and don't listen to the wish lists of old, boring judges.

Just to be a boring old fart I must sat I would agree with it as well as Pete's comments about 'having fun'
I certainly had lots of fun as a teenager (ah yes- I remember it well  :) ) I was also taught responsibility from my parents it should be instilled at an early age, so - everything in moderation eh  ;)
