Jobsworths ban Rangers' dogs
« on: November 04, 2012, 01:56:32 PM »
Story in the DT about Rangers' dogs being banned - apparently a member of the public complained.

Well I'm a member of the public so I'm going to complain about the loss of Rangers' dogs…

I suppose one day some kid will fall off a high rock and the powers that be will ban people from the countryside…

Health & Safety shitting themselves again, what a load of tripe.

"Derbyshire countryside rangers have been banned from taking their dogs to work after a complaint from a member of the public."

Don't mince your words mate, say what you mean  :D :D
Complete load of botlocks if you ask me.

Quick little story. Doggy related.
Lad came up to me Friday on the Knifesmithgate taxi rank with his Boxer dog, he wanted to go to Newbold.
I said "Fine, as long as the dog sits in the passenger footwell and you keep the lead held, I don't want him jumping about".
The lad then told me he'd been knocked back by 3 bigger people carrier type taxis round on Elder way.
Now I know it's down to the drivers own decision to take animals, except Guide Dogs etc, but come on, it was just a dog.
Perhaps some people are too short sighted.

Downside to the story, the dog farted a few minutes before I dropped them off  >:( :o
Would I transport another passengers dog, yes I would  ;)

I'd have forgiven the fart too - I think boxers are smashing dogs. :)

A lot nicer than them German Shepherds.  ;) :P :))
