Feeling sore in my back after physio appointment, assessment showed I had probably 'popped a few ribs' damage to spine, soft tissue (which can take up to 18months to heal) and muscle tissue which heals quicker.  :(
Have got some excersises to start in couple of days when back has settled down after the prodding etc.
Conclusion was from physio 'it was obviously a very bad fall' errr yesss it was mrs. Still she was very nice.
Back to see her in two weeks.

A Double??? Make it a bottle or maybe two (of wine ) Now THAT may take the ache away  ^-^  ^-^  ;)

Scimtar it's been a long long time since I had too much to drink but i remember it very well.
Bed spinning and when I finally made it to the bedroom door to go to the bathroom --- the bloody door handle kept moving  ^-^  ^-^  :-?  :)) YUK

Lol i had the bedroom spinning once that was horrible!!
hope you get yourself fixed soon, i propse a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig bottle of alcohol

@ Fly - I don't do 'medicinal' - just guzzle it cos I like it  :))
Joking apart I don't really drink much these days certainly not every week, but do enjoy a tipple somtimes.
@ Emmz probably most have had that happen who have drunk too much, we live and learn eh  ;)
