Yes, I appreciate what your saying. By expanding you are offering more chances to others for employment.

@ CC will the company register to employ someone (maybe with a disability) or other, as the government will be looking for this when the universal credit comes into force.

Have I got it wrong - I thought you were speaking of a company?

Read my post again - 'I said disabilty or other'  'other'  meaning non disabled.

I agree no one group should be favoured - but to find all this extra work - the government will be seeking business's to employ/train or whatever, I really don't know how they are intending to roll this out.
 I  only know I have read this is what they will do.
Just wondered :)
