New car insurance / compo scam

Old one was to slam the anchors on so you rear-ended them. However you now have to justify why you brake sharply which in some cases may be an offence.
I read that a new trick is to flash to let you out of a side road then accelerate so the car pulling out hits them in the side.

Simple solution, don't pull out if you're flashed.

Try getting out on to Derby Road at busy times without someone letting you out

Depends where from Slacker, the Nottingham Drive turn out now has a right turn space hasn't it but have to agree it's not easy, further along just before the traffic lights into town isn't that boxed now so drivers shouldn't be queuing in that.
