I hope sufficient parking is planned otherwise it's going to be a nightmare for nearby residents. It's bad enough living near the college as it is  >:(

It was built for educational purposes (as was Chesterfield Boys Grammar School next door) on Sheffield Rd.

Totally agree with this - it would be a real shame if they pulled it down.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
