Did you watch the UKIP drama last night?

UKIP: The First 100 Days | Monday, 9pm | Channel 4

I found it boring and far fetched. I think someone was being set up...

The only bit that seemed believable was the large company who moved their business because we had pulled out of Europe, making lots of folks redundant.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Just caught up with it. Firstly I thought it was amusing that of the two constituencies announced as having fallen to ukip one doesn't exist and the other was Ed Milliband's. The premise of the programme was a bit far fetched given that there was widespread protest to policies that are well known and had been voted in by a majority of the voters just weeks before. There were also a few too many unsubtle pointers towards the situation in Nazi Germany in the 1930's for my liking. I don't think Farage is actually threatening to gas anyone is he?
It was a poorly done hatchet job. It's unlikely to change anyone's views either way.

Is the guy who wrote and directed this programme the same Chris Atkins who has made documentaries for C4 in the past and will stand trial later this year on charges of tax fraud?
