Taxi Drivers V Smoking
« on: May 05, 2016, 05:18:53 PM »
A Chesterfield Taxi Driver has been fined for smoking in his vehicle.
It's their car - or whoever they work for I suppose but ----
I understand it's not allowed but how many people would it really bother??

I couldn't care less if someone smokes in their car but would if I was a passenger I don't smoke and paying for the journey and traveling in a smoke filled taxi.

Yes Handy. The council run their own points system for drivers and owners of taxi cabs/companies.
I think you're allowed up to 15 points, then you have to attend a regulatory committee meeting.
