Looks like this pub is up for grabs - if anyone will take it one.

There has been rumours going around about what was happening to it - looks set to stay a pub!

Today I've seen a "To Let" sign on the New Inn at Tupton as well. I thought that pub did quite well :-?

The Royal Oak went through a period of mainly young men/women using it with not so pleasant language being used.
Many older people don't want this and so stopped going in.

New Inn
We had emails several weeks ago telling us the current people had decided to move on.
The last time I went in was New years eve lunch time - left not happy.
daughter has been in and enjoyed meals since then though.
I think this pub is linked with the, BlueBell at North Wingfield and the Britannia pub in Ward street
