Further development at Spital

Whilst dog walking today, I observed the planning notice to develop 25 homes on land behind homes on Spital Lane and Spital brook. This will be opposite Smith Crescent. A recent development of around 40 homes has just been completed. Filling up nicely.

I noticed the application on CBC's website the other week.
I have a gander every couple of weeks or so to see what's going on.
Many of the applications never seem to happen.

As regards the new development, I keep meaning to have a walk around it with the camera and share a few photos  :)
