Tell your mum or grandma, purse dear !!
« on: March 29, 2012, 10:16:13 PM »
I hate seeing the older generation walking round town with a shopping trolley in one hand, and their purse in the other.

Put your purse in the bottom of your trolley, or shopping bag please  :(

Very trusting the older generation at times Fly, leaving house doors unlocked whilst nipping to shops etc. Mine are always locked - even when I am in.

Same here.  It was a while ago now when someone on the road where I live didnt.  They were watching Eastenders and some scrote opened the door, took some keys and drove off in their 2 cars.

Young, old or in between the one we see the most is the habit of Ladies hanging their handbag on the hook at the back of the shopping trolley.
Distracted for 5 seconds and bye bye handbag.
Please don't do it

I'm a drunk I go to the pub

Few years back when Chessy had the Christmas Lights switch on on Friday nights I was shuffling along in a department store with the crowds. A group of people were in front of me, a lady had her back to me,  open handbag over shoulder with purse sticking out  :o I just tapped her on the shoulder and whispered 'your purse is in a good position to be stolen'!!!
Ladies please don't do that either  ::)

What about the gents who keep their wallet in their trouser back pocket; just asking to be 'dipped'.

Mine stays in my back pocket cos I'm sat on my aris most of the time  :D

Carboots, markets etc, it gets put in a front pocket,
I'm sure I'd know if someone was dipping in there  ::)
