Getting sick of the belt buckle rubbing under the gut trying to creep out above it  :(
Yes the jeans still fit, but don't seem a normal fit anymore.

Yes I am eating more. In general, just larger portions.
Before I'd leave a few chips or some potato.
Now I'm cleaning every plate, and enjoying the taste, food, and smell of it.

This isn't doing my self esteem any good, Our_Lass thinks, I'm 'on one'. I saw what the weight probs did to my dad  :(
Catch 22 for me, I hope not. Smoke or weight gain !

Were still both not smoking BTW  :)

Fly ask the wife to put smaller portions out for you and buy in lots of fruit yogurts etc to snack on, I know how difficult it can be in your type of work nearly every taxi driver I have ever known has struggled with weight, some try golfing to keep the pounds of - but I suppose that can be expensive (never been so no idea).

Well done! :)
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

If someone would like my, 'sore throat I woke up at 3.45am with this morning', PM me.

Not looking for pity, no, re-phrase, I am. I feel like sh*te.  :(
Positive side, not had a fag. Seriously, feel crap though. Thought a couple of beers would cheer me up.

It hasn't.  :!

Another call from Janice(coordinator) tonight.
She's well chuffed we're still both not smoking, even after stopping taking the tablets earlier than most.
The heart burn sound's like it's more related to me, and not the tablets as such.
May have aggravated problems I had years ago that I thought had cleared up.
It's eased recently, but the cold I've had hasn't helped. Let's hope next week I'm back on form 100%
