So I've had more blood tests and a full sonar heart scan. Got all the results through.

Drum roll   .  .  .  .  .

There's nothing wrong with me. BP a tad high, but not enough to warrant me taking medication for it.
So that's it. Docs refering me to the hospital to see a clinical psychologist. I'm imagining it all   ;D  LOL

Doc thinks it, 'might', be stress related. That's also what Pete said when we met up recently for an admin chat.
If I've got Marfan it isn't bothering, me, and the doc's run out of ideas so passing the buck.

Cheers doc   ::)

I have a problem with my ears Fly and particularly at this time of year.
I get fluid in them and use Beconase nasal Spray to stop me feeling sick.

One of brothers has had a problem with his ears for  several years, his is something to do with the Crystals in his ears.

To answer your question in my other 'At the Hospital tomorrow' thread OC,
No, not an infection. My GP refered me to the General Clinic at the Royal.
I've got to do 2 24hr urine tests, have a heart monitor fitted for a couple of days and have an eye specialist give me the once over LOL
They still can't rule out Marfan, but don't think that's actually my problem LOL

At least they are working through various tests and not just discharging you.

Got a phone call from the hospital earlier. Got an appointment this friday at the cardio respiritory clinic  :)
24 hour heart monitor to be fitted. For the next 4 weeks  :-?
Apparently I can take on and off at my leisure, but should wear it for the full 4 weeks LOL

Right, got the heart monitor fitted.
The idea is, if I have an 'episode', I just press a button on it and it records an ECG of my heart there and then.
If it wasn't fitted and switched on at the time, the moment might be missed.
Because the 'episodes' could be days or weeks apart, they've given me enough electrode pads and batteries to last a month.
They just want to see what my heart is doing at the time. Pity it wasn't fitted yesterday, I had a slight one yesterday evening and a rather bad one at work today. Thing is, I picked up a customer during it and by the time I'd drove off the rank, I felt fine and have done since. Including going to the hospital late afternoon.

Once I've took a few recordings, I can phone the hospital on a special number and download the data via our home phone to their computer system. They can analyse this data and contact me accordingly, whether to take more readings or make me another appointment depending on their findings.

The 'pads' were really starting to bug me yesterday tea time, so I removed them and turned it off.
An hour later I felt like sh*t and did so for the next 3 hours.
I'll catch the next one, I've got it for a month  ;D

Tnx to OC for the FB support and chat  ;)

Coincidentally took SWMBO for her 24 hour ECG test on Friday afternoon.

We had to remove the unit and take it back to hospital Saturday, those pads were welded on!!!!

I actually took a reading on the monitor this afternoon. Thankfully, it never got any worse :-)
Might send it the hospital and tag it as, might have been  ;)
Also noticed my pulse was in the low 60's last night.
Same time today, mid 80's

Will get there eventually  (y)
