Another smoke free day by both of us  :)

Work tomorrow, think we might cope with it  ;)
Neither of us taking any fags with us, so basically can't have a fag if we wanted one.
Just the e-cigs  ;)

I suppose you will both have highs and lows Fly. Supporting each other will help.
Are you putting the money not saved away - watch it grow and have a treat eh  ;)

Still both smoke free  :)
@OC May have two holidays next year  :)
One abroad earlier in the year, and another in August, possibly Cornwall. We'll see.

Well done you two!
Cracked it I guess.
Makes it so much "easier" when you both agree to attempt it at the same time.
Tell me off if "easier" is not the right word.
Has it been as easy as you thought when you initially had the idea - or not, and what do you think, if anything, could make you relapse, bearing in mind you've both stopped, and if one of you has a sneaky fag, t'other one will smell it on you?
Again, Big Congrats to you both :) :)

No re-lapse, it just isn't happening.
House now void of fags, bacca, papers, rolling machines, and any other smoking paraphernalia  ;)

We've both got prescriptions for another couple of weeks tablets.

I found it easier than I thought it would be. Think it's the Zyban  ^-^
Our_Lass, let's say coping just. On edge though  :-*

Come on Flys our_lass you can do it - and Fly says he's taking you on two holidays next year - which means you get to buy more clothes to take with you as well with the fag money  ;)

Hey shut up!
We women have to stick together with things like this, I suppose you read my facebook post about tight arse!  :) (him in doors)  ;)
Co-ordinator - blimey it's sophisticated these days this stopping smoking lark isn't it.
Good idea though and sounds as if it's working.
Well done

Coordinator was just a term I used, bit more like a 'Stop Smoking' support person LOL
We're probably just two people on statistics that the NHS Stop Smoking Service is working  :)
Both still fag free  :)

Personally, I've been a bit down the last couple of days  :(
I'm feeling guilty when I use the e-fag to suppress the few urges a day I get.
I've stopped smoking,  but now have a nicotine addiction, which I had before  >:
So therefore I feel like I haven't gone anywhere !
Apart from breathing in the Carbon Monoxide, tar, and the other 4000 chemicals supposedly in fags.

Our_Lass says "Use the e-cig all you want, at least your not smoking."
Perhaps it's just me, never thought I'd get this far  8)

I've been 100% Ok today. Felt good. No cravings all day  ;)
Still think Barry's pushing too fast, stick with the e-fag hubby  ;)

@ Fly listen to your lady she knows what's best (as all women do eh our_lass  ;) )
Give yourself a year! Don't try and kick away what may have been a lifes time habit.
You will do it.  :)

Run before I can walk  ::)
New approach tomorrow, try and cheer myself up  :)

Look on the bright side, still not had a fag  O0
